Daniel Mulé focuses on tax policy, tax administration, and corporate tax practices in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. He is a co-author of Examining the Crude Details, Oxfam’s recent publication on petroleum cost auditing. Daniel also supports work on extractive fiscal issues across Oxfam’s Extractive Industries Global Program, including in the Examining the Crude Details case study countries of Ghana, Kenya, and Peru.
