Rose-Marie Michilot Ramos holds a master’s degree in public management and a bachelor’s degree in administration and accounting studies, with over 20 years of experience at the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru. She currently serves as Head of the Office of Planning, Investment Programming, and International Cooperation, as well as Coordinator of International Technical Cooperation.
Throughout her career, she has led and managed key initiatives in strategic planning, international cooperation, and sustainability within the energy and mining sectors. She has specialized training in public management, international cooperation, quality management (ISO 9000), and sustainable development, including participation in international programs.
Her professional background positions her as a technical reference in aligning public policies with international standards for the sustainable development of the mining and energy sector.
