The 2026 Sustainability Forum at PDAC, co-organized by the IGF and World Economic Forum, will convene leaders from governments, industry, and civil society to examine how greater coherence can be achieved across minerals strategies around the world.

Set against rising demand for minerals essential to clean energy and digital technologies, through panels and interactive roundtables, discussions will focus on responsible and competitive supply chains, value creation and industrial diversification, circularity and environmental stewardship, social inclusion and stronger global cooperation and transparency.

The Forum’s insights will feed directly into the PDAC Ministerial Roundtable helping shape practical, collaborative approaches that balance economic growth, competitiveness, and long-term community benefits.
