Francina Espinosa is a legal advisor in mining with more than 12 years of experience, during which time she has held several positions in the Government of Peru. Francina currently serves as Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Mines in Peru's Ministry of Energy and Mines.
She has previously held positions as General Director of Mining Promotion and Sustainability, Director of Sustainability and Mining Articulation, and Legal Specialist in the General Directorate of Mining.
Francina holds a Masters in Public Management. She also has earned diplomas in community development for sustainable mining from Queensland University of Technology in Australia and administrative assistance from Robertson College, Canada.
